Loving Area 51 Maverick XLT FX4 more each day, especially after limo tint + 50% windshield tint (owner's review)

I didn't get that impression personally. Is this your first time driving a turbo vehicle? My 2.0 non turbo Focus is much louder than this Eco 2.0 and produces 90 less HP. I am sure if it really bothers you an engine cover and maybe some under hood and firewall insulation could help. If you don't have a Lariat you can look into acoustic windshield films as well. It won't be as good as a factory installed one sandwiched between glass, but I am sure these will be available aftermarket at some point if you ever need to replace a windshield.

Had a turbo eclipse , I think that Dynomat and some good insulation will help.

50% windshield ? I don't think I'd want any tint on it. I really do like that UV film for the windshield for heat deflection and glare reduction, but not light reduction...
Not to mention, I don't know about your state, but even in CA, I think if they could tell your windshield was tinted, they might actually take the time to ticket you.

Looks absolutely stunning. I can't wait for my FE Turbo in Rapid Red. I do wish you the best of luck with the CHIP'es out there in CA. I was nabbed multiple times and forced to remove my tint and I never had it on the WS. Looks great though.
