Here is my Maverick after 2” lift, new tires, and fender flares. I recently changed to Toyo Open Country 245/65/17 from the 225/65/17 Pirellis.

Loved the look and will be a lot more aggressive in snow and mud.

Then I went with Bushwacker fender flares. I know some people don’t care for them. I like them a lot more than I thought I would. Without them the Toyo tires would sling everything on the truck due to there width. I also switched out the stainless bolt covers for black push clips and glued them on the backside.

Then I just completed the 2” lift kit from Fordrangerlift.com. A lot better clearance and I don’t drop down in the truck as far getting in it. I’m 6’2. It really levels the Maverick out. Took about 7 hours total for install.

Here is before and after pics.

Looks great man! Beautiful truck and definitely something I plan to do to mine when it shows up.
Did you install the lift kit yourself?

Thank you, Yes I did the lift myself. Little challenging. You will use prybars and a lot of strength to line all the holes back up to get the bolts back in.
The only downfall to the kit was the front strut spacer mounts needed two longer bolts on the top where it mounts to the strut. One bolt on each side. I wish they would have included the bolts in the kit. Luckily I had two.

I like the fender flares. Makes it look more muscular. Also, the lift is a nice step up, pun intended. Another muscular touch is the bug deflector. I have one myself but it's a different style. It is gloss black and has a flat, seamless look. It does not have the center bulge like this one. I love it and transforms the look of the front fascia. And it serves a purpose. It was installed exactly two months ago and is holding up well so far. Great build. (y)

I'm going the opposite direction with my truck but that doesn't mean I can't like yours. It really looks good. Your tire choice also, as you pointed out, will work awesome in snow and mud. Had a set on my Wrangler and they were flawless in the snow. Good job on the build so far.

They can try and void a power train warranty.
If something breaks in the future they will try and fight it.
I will replace axel’s or minor things myself.
Don’t have a big warranty to begin with.
Everytime I drive I see multiple newer vehicles with lifts that I know didn’t come from the factory like that. A lot of Jeeps and Trucks.
Not to worried about it. I want to enjoy my truck and have it the way I want.

It was the Ford bug deflector that was ordered with the Maverick. I believe this is the one that was discontinued.
I have yet to determine the mpg’s. Lift was completed Friday. I drove it on the interstate today but the roads were up and down. No flat terrain.
