Last 4257na can us bulbs

First off I have a 24 lariat. I purchased the bulbs back in November I like them because they’re nice and bright but an issue I found with them if your signal or if your four-way flashes are on for more than 45 seconds they start to flash fast as if there’s a bulb out in the system. I emailed the company and their response was they knew about it it overheats and that’s why it does that , they said, shut them down and let them cool off and they’ll be fine and to that I said if I’m stuck on the side of the road with my four ways on, there’s no way I wanna turn them off for a couple minutes to cool down,I said that would’ve been nice to know that before I purchased the bulbs. I would’ve never had purchased the bulbs.
