I have two estimates. One is "not 100%" for $395, the other is from a trusted body shop for $692. I'm a firm believer in do it once, do it right. Guess where LONE is going tomorrow. :like:

I’ve done both. I’ve lived with the damage and I’ve spent more than necessary to repair it.

Do whatever makes you feel best but I’d say do nothing or go full repair. Don’t let someone half ass it.

Tough call. I'd be a little suspicious of the 'not 100%'. You could probably do it yourself at "not 100%". If you're planning on keeping the truck for a good amount of time, I'd say do it right. There are those that aren't that fussy about their vehicles and that's fine, but you sound as if you are particular and want your Maverick to look in tip/top shape. I'm of the same mind.

Get it done 100% or you will always notice the imperfection if you are a little bit OCD like me.
I think the problem is that every body shop can only do it so good, and there will always be something indicating it was repaired and repainted...if you know the scrape was there in the first place.
