The Ford Frisco dealership service department is clueless and said I would have to leave the truck with them for 7 days so they could diagnose the problem.
What!!! They can't diagnose it as it is intermittent and only happens with these conditions:
This condition occurs when the high voltage battery is being charged by the engine at cold start (usually below 10 degrees) and the state of charge (SOC) increases to the top of the charge limit.
There is no way they could replicate those conditions so what they would have happened is that they would have had my truck for a week then said they couldn't see the issue and done nothing.
This is a link to the TSB 22-2124 thread:
TSB 22-2124 -- 2.5L Hybrid idle surge fix (software update)
So if anyone here in the DFW area had this TSB 22-2124 done please let me know what dealership did it.
Thanks
