Is Ford Tracker down? I have been sent an email saying my

truck was scheduled for production on 2/14. When I click the Accept & Track with my Order number and VIN, then it just gives me a blank for my order and VIN. Until this morning, it was giving me the information but now it does do anything when I click Accept & Track.

Anyone have a clue?

I am also unable to get into tracker. Last info I got gave me built date of Feb. 9 awaiting shipping. No ETA for delivery so I have been checking the order tracking for that info. I was able to refresh my window sticker and the printed date changed this am to Feb. 11

Canadian here: My VIN used to work on the american version, then it switched to saying I had to use the canadian tracker link, and then when I try that link it's just an error page once I submit. I recall seeing someone else mention they talked to Ford and that the trackers are being worked on.
