Judging by the shadows in the cover it appears to be one piece and most likely will be hinged at the cab end and will open like a clam. We will see....

I’m really interested to understand how these fit underneath the tunnel cover rails. Do you have a gap? Did you need to install fillers in between? I’d love if you could show us a picture of this detail close-up and also your ability to roll up underneath the bars without moving them. Also the detail on how you can position the width of the bars in the bed, this is exactly the set up I’m looking for. Thanks for posting it for us.

Tonno cover just clamps down and uses foam weather stripping
Reused the same weather stripping so its not perfectly water tight and then where you mount the billie bars slightly interferes with where i would like the tonno clamps to go
Depending on how much i use it I might change tonnos to ensure its water tight but not my top concern.
T brackets for the billiebars go down first and then the tonno. Super easy

So you need to remove the bars to roll up the cover?
Yes with this cheap ford rollup tonno.
Not sure on other options.
You can get thumb screws for the bars to make it quicker to take the bars on and off.

Are you using the 5” or 6.5” brackets?

Not with a roll up. I have the truxedo version of the OP's cover with Billie bars and have no issues opening it.
