In production or not?

'In Production' is a vague term. Mine started showing that status the week before my actual build week. The upcoming holidays may be playing a role, too.

Actually, the whole tracker system is beyond vague. But, while you're being given some insight into which part of the process your vehicle is in, you won't be able to track it in detail the way you can track a package from UPS.
I guess Ford should have a disclaimer "for entertainment purposes only." I suppose if it is actually in production then it shouldn't be more than a few days for the build to be complete. I'm crossing my fingers that by the end of the week I'll get the "built" email. If not, then I will know it won't be until the beginning of February before I take delivery.

Yes you are in production.

I received the same In Production status with the "In Production" Dotted.

What this means is that your order has been sent to the plant and they are gathering what is needed to produce it.

Within a day or so you will be able to see your window sticker and on the bottom will be the blend date.

My "In Production" went like this:

11/22 - In Production Ford email, Visibility Report: Sent to Plant
11/24 - Visibility Report: Body Shop
11/25 - Visibility Report: Trim Line

11/25 - was Thanksgiving so nothing else happened until Monday 11/29

11/29 - Ford status page: Shows "In Production" with a date now showing of 11/29
11/29 - Modules became active
11/30 - Ford email: Your Maverick has been built

Below is a screen shot I took from the Ford tracking page. I received an original build date of Dec 13, but a week later I received another email changing the date to Jan 3rd. The Ford tracking page now says that my Maverick is in production, and it says to check out the window sticker provided. The problem is that the window sticker, apparently, still not up yet. This forum's tracking currently does not work, and I have not received notification via email from Ford that my Maverick is, indeed, in production. The last email I received was the change in build date to Jan 3rd. I checked my spam but nothing. I wonder what is going on. Is my truck in production or not, or is Ford's site just going by the original build week of Dec 13 (today) and not updating to Jan 3rd and just assuming that it is in production based on the original build week?

Mine appears the same. The Window Sticker link on the page doesn't work. I get the "Sticker has not yet been released" error page.

But, if I use this link and put my VIN at the end, the Window Sticker does come up:

Like Bill Clinton said back in the day "that depends on what the meaning of is, is" . Maybe with Ford it depends on what the meaning of "being built", is. "Being built" could mean it is not necessarily physically having nuts and bolts applied but that all the nuts and bolts are there for that to happen for the selected vehicle which is yours.

I just received confirmation from the dealer that my truck is going to be built on the 20th, so the timeline huunvubu gave me is absolutely correct. Thanks again for all of the responses and help.
