I am turning over a new leaf on my Hybrid Maverick questioning process. Instead of reading the forums and getting frustrated about why my Hybrid Maverick is not being scheduled soon as Ford has stated, I will be calling Ford every Monday morning bright and early at 9AM. If I call every week and talk with a new Customer Service representative I will expand my current friend list at Ford and also hopefully get answers to my hybrid Maverick order issue. Every time I do call I make sure the representative I speak with knows my frustration is not with them, it is with Ford Motor Company and the leadership of the Maverick Program. I am not encouraging thousands of people to call Ford at 9 am Monday morning, however it may make a statement on how frustrated the Hybrid Maverick customers are.
