I'm Dave, 55 semi retired brick/stone mason.
I bought my 2022 Maverick XLT off the lot on June 30/2022.
I had the new Bronco sport Big bend for a year and just by luck and a good salesman, I ended up with this and I love it. I couldn't be happier. Only 3700 km on it but just serviced it and put winter tires and rim's on. Snows coming

Nice! I’m in southern ontario. I had a loaner bronco sport for a few days. I like the maverick set up and interior quite a bit better. Though the bronco sport i had was the 1.6eco. So it felt a touch under powered. How are you finding comparison

I had the 1.5 eco 3 cylinder. I was really impressed with the power and gas mileage consider the size of engine.
The 2.0 eco is definitely harder on fuel. It does have a fair amount more power but I know the Maverick is a much heavier vehicle.
The Maverick has a lot longer wheelbase than the Bronco sport so the ride is so much better in the Maverick. I think it's a better vehicle all around. Dave

Quick google search reveals they are almost identical in weight haha

up your way maverick fuel econ should be great though. All highway driving and 80 limits right? You should be able to get 7.5l/100 or better
