I'm Jerry Heep and have ordered a 2023 Ford Maverick Lariat Luxury PACKAGE FWD on 9/19/22. It will have a 2.5L Hybrid engine. I'm a long time DIY shade tree wrench. My wife of 53 years, Vivian, has been hot rodding my cars ever since we were teenagers. I just sent off my 1987 F350 diesel crew cab to Cars for Kids. It ran great, only the plastics could not handle the UV down here in Texas. The wife drives a 2011 Lincoln MKZ and I have a 2010 Fusion SEL. WE are waiting for our new car orders. She ordered a 2023 Lincoln Corsair Reserve on the same day I ordered the Maverick. The Corsair has a production start week of 3/20 and the Mavrick 3/27. We'll see....

I'm a former US Marine, Viet Nam erera. I worked for RadioShack/Tandy Corp for 38 years as a new product embedded application engineer. Currently we're both "retired". But we are working out of our home as a Cancer Registrar (Vivian), and I have a small embedded application consulting firm.
