I ordered a hybrid XLT with the Lux package last month, so I'm thinking there's a good chance the change from spray-in to drop-in bed liner will affect me. Has anyone seen the drop-in bed liner or have any info as to what it looks like? Are the "flex bed" features still there, etc.?

I poked around a bit and couldn't find anything but just figured I'd check in case anyone here seen one or has better search skills than I do.

I can not answer your question.

My 2020 F150 had a drop in liner and Ford put rubber plugs in the liner for the holes the cleat system and tie downs needed.

Getting the drop in vs spray in has nothing to do with chance. Check your build sheet, if it says you are getting a spray in liner then that's what you're getting.

Constructed of rugged HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) material. • Chemical, mar, scratch and fade resistant

  • Fully modular (customer can add/ remove pieces unlike the traditional 1-piece design
  • Follows the sheet metal very closely (more so than traditional 1-piece designs) which helps maximize usable volume
  • Excellent impact protection
  • Compatible will most bed accessories offered by Ford like cargo rails, storage boxes, bed extenders, bed/tonneau covers, eDIY switch, swing case, etc

My DORA shows spray-in, but I don't have a VIN or anything more than an order confirmation right now. Hope it stays as spray-in!
