Happily Expecting

I just joined the flock.
My info: Mid Fifties, married, no kids, 2 dogs, work in warehousing/purchasing.
hobbies; Motorcycles & scooters (Harley Heritage, Yamaha BWS), Guns, hunting & camping, working in the shop on anything and everything (house Reno’s, hot rods, 4x4’s), going overboard on any new interest…
So I dropped a deposit and signed paperwork for a Maverick today;
2022 Lariat FX4, Luxury Package and towing, Vibrant Blue, 235’s, FX4 wheels.
I wish an off-road/lifted package was an option, and an upgraded passenger seat (if momma ain’t happy, nobody is…) but it’s good enough for me to Commit as is.
So far all cake and icecream.
God help me, I hope I can leave it alone…

The dealer suspected March/April delivery but was hoping for earlier.
I’m in no rush, I have a good car still with warranty so I’d rather drive it through this winter.
it’s a 2017 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk with low KM and to be honest has been a great car but I bought it with the intent I would never own it after the extended warranty expires and I still have a year left on it. However getting what you want in this new normal takes time so I jumped onboard the Maverick early knowing it could take considerable time.
so even if it takes longer I’m okay with it.

I believe I'm expecting too, but the test hasn't come back yet so I don't even know when the due date will be yet. I'm hoping for a spring baby.
