"Green-lighted for repair"?

I got a phone message from Ford yesterday telling me my Maverick ..."has been green-lighted for repairs on June 15th". What does that mean? I know it has been sitting in the Portland, OR Ford storage lot since the 3rd of April and that the truck was "damaged". Was it body damage? Was it missing parts? Was it vandalized? Nobody will give me a straight answer! It's pushing 10 months since I placed my order

Mine was hit on right front an it got the bumper Waited
for a part that held the front end together No Where is part found all on Back order
