Does the Motorcraft service site require an order number? I didn't order the truck I'm waiting for, it was ordered by the dealer. Salesman says there's no order number. I have the Vin # and he used vin view to tell me the truck I have a deposit on was started to be built on 7/23. I waited 6 months back in 2021 to get my 1st Maverick, but decided I really wanted the AWD hybrid. Mine is a hybrid but only fwd.

Yes order number + VIN is required

i was able to get the build data with just the vin number. In case anyone wants to know. Basically I don’t know what it all means? It seems though that it is now more than a vin number
