It's a very oddly roundabout way of disclosing the pricing. $28,695 minus Base XL Hybrid price of $22,490 would be $6205, although since their mid-size truck version is $7700 I think they may be excluding the July Maverick price increase. So more likely $7205.

Edit: According to their blog announcement it's $7700 with the overall price calculated off a $20,995 MSRP and forgetting about the destination charge.

7700 is steeeppp. I dunno, that's a really good shape popup or a brand new enclosed with 2-3k to put towards making it a camper and much easier to hook up and go. I love the idea for a RTT but paying that much is just wild and running around with it everyday on a daily is a little much.

Does that price include the truck?
Hahaha... I'm sorry, but I just don't understand why anyone would drop a couple grand for a cloth tent to sit on a platform on top of the truck bed??? Unless one does not know the basics of setting up a tent, these expensive tent setups won't keep you dryer, won't protect you from bears, won't keep more insects out and certainly could result in serious injury or even death if you fell trying to ascend/descend the ladder to get up/down to the platform/tent. Not to mention the hassle of driving the truck after you have the tent all set up on top. Must be me...too old school!🤔

Love it, and it does check boxes for me like cargo rack that I will have to get creative about putting on a topper and the roof to get to that capacity. It also give me full access which is good. I would need to add vented windows for my pups though. So that puts it over $8000. I have a RTT but we dont get camping alot since my wifes cancer battle. If it was more like $5000 I would defintely drive to Montana from Granger when our gets in but while awesome that puts me back in Black Diamond Bronco territory on top of XLT Tremor pricing.

🤔 I wonder how much money Go Fast Camper threw around for all of the auto blog press coverage they seem to be getting on this.
Probably not a lot. There's no competition right now, and it's cheap "news".
