Here is a comparison review.

Gator SFX Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover

279$ base - discounts can be found via chat on Realtruck.com

This is a nice tri fold cover if your looking for a basic easy install cover. Latches and tightness to the bed rails of the truck is firm and should keep the elements out.
Has a glossy and cheaper feel to it however is will get the job done for sure IMO.

It does stick up as it actually sits on top of the bed rails. Flaps mildly when driving as if some air does get under it.

Good pick if on a budget

TRUXEDO PRO X15 TONNEAU COVER

550 base - discounts can be found via chat on Realtruck.com

This is a nice cover if your looking for a cover that sits inside the bed and is flush with the side rails, tight fitting and will keep out the elements.

This is a Velcro rool cover, velcro is tight and strong. The cover its self is very durable and will stay this way for a long time IMO.

The inset gives it a better look in my opinion along with being a low profile

Matte black with no shine.

I am keeping the TRUXEDO PRO X15 TONNEAU COVER due to it looks better being matte black, low profile and a rolling cover. For my needs and wants this will work perfect, it really adds to the over all look and aesthetics of my ford maverick!

Yes after months of actuall use, i would definitely recommend the x15 truxedo, it looks so good, and functions even better, quick install. It gives the truck a much better look, it's also held up really well against snow wind and rain all in which iv experienced this month

How does the X15 hold up when running on the Interstate? Any flapping or noise?

Minimal flapping in my opinion and minimal noise, if it's heavy wind and the interstate it will be more but I don't see a way around a little bit of movement and noise

I had X15, but returned it. I could see it moving in the rear window. And when the rear window was open, could very clearly hear it; even around 40mph. Couldn’t hear it too much with window closed; certainly won’t with the radio on.
It is like a big drum; you can beat on it when closed.
I couldn’t get it as tight as I would have liked, to minimize bouncing/flapping.
I did pull it as tight as I could, onto the Velcro.
Depends on your tolerance with bouncing/flapping. For most, isn’t a problem. For me, didn’t like it. Other cons for me as well.
So I returned mine.

I've had Truxedo covers on all my full-size pickups and have one on my current F-250. No problems with them at all. I bought a Gator SFX for the Maverick. Seems nice, but only have had it installed for a couple of days. I like the quick toolless removal. My Maverick is my urban errand truck, so it will see minimal highway miles. Every year I do apply spray-on cleaner/protectant whether they need it or not.
