Hello everyone!! I received my 2025 Maverick Tremor 15 days ago, and I'm truly fascinated and in love with the truck.

But I have a question... the FordPass app isn't working properly, or is it? I can only start/lock/unlock and perform other functions within the first 30/40 minutes after turning off the truck. After that, the app no longer lets me do anything except view the location, range, and other data, but not execute commands.

Sounds like the issue many of us had last year when the Ford Pass app would "disconnect". Issue was a battery that would run down to quick. For me I got on the Ford Support Chat, then they gave me a number to call to do some testing. While I was on the phone everything was working, but just about as the support agent was getting ready to end the call, I said let me try this one more time and sure enough it wouldn't connect like it was supposed to. So, they noted the account and had me contact the dealer who replaced the defective battery. Haven't had the issue since. My gut feeling is the battery is the real problem. Maybe there is a bad batch out there again.

Thanks for your reply! When you talk about the battery, is the vehicle battery or the modem battery?

I believe it was the regular main battery that powers the modem, some glitch would run it down and put the truck in a power saving mode, thus shutting off the modem. The truck would still start with the key, but not remotely.
