Ford Soft Tonneau quality?

Shoot me a price through Messaging and let's see if we can't work it out. I am sure if Fedex or UPS will have a box big enough to ship it in, especially since it is trifold. I actually think any pack or ship by mail would have one. If not too much trouble, measure the size folded and let me know, and I will find out for sure.

Ford's is overpriced IMO. It's just a Truxedo at a 30%+ markup. Quality will be fine for what it is, but for $390 you can get a higher quality one for a different source.

I saw the Truxedo at Amazon for $295.00 Truxedo is the soft cover Ford sells online.

At first I was going to use points on the Ford cover, but realized the difference I had to pay would almost pay for one on Amazon. So I got one for $159 and used my points for a bed mat and plastic tailgate liner. I think almost $400 for a soft rollup is too much.

This is the one I bought based off a member suggestion. Its 199 but apply 20% off coupon makes it 159.

Big box hardware stores (the orange one for sure) sell adjustable moving boxes for big screen TVs… that might work for you too.

Does anyone have a Ford soft tonneau on their Maverick.? What is its quality. I ask because I am looking at tonneau covers. Some soft tonneau covers go for $170. I can use my Ford Pass points and get a cover from the dealer with about a $ 120 dollar difference. If the Ford one is not top quality, I think I would go with the cheap one and save the points for something else.

As many have mentioned it’s made by truxedo, but since you can use your Ford points lowers the cost as well as many times ford accessories run sales upto 15% off and if it matters or not to you - this has a ford logo embedded into the cover (hard to see in my pic). But at the time I got my truck was only one available in stock and cheaper, however now there’s a ton of options…

My Brother has one and loves it. Stays nice and tight.

I have the Ford soft roll up. Quality is better than the Chevy factory tonneau I had on my 2010 Silverado. I installed it right before a storm and it did leak inside, but it eas an issue with the bedsides, not the cover itself. I shoved some extra weatherstripping in the cracks where the rear cab trim and bedrail trim meet and not a problem since.
But honestly, save your points. Buy the same cover without the embossed Ford emblem for a cheaper price elsewhere.

Agree. Bought the Ford soft cover, and the quality isn't there.
