So I used my ford pass points to get the ford thinkware F70 (front facing) dash cam.

Came with Y wiring harness that connects to your OBD2 port which gives you parking mode.
I followed these instructions :

Make sure you use Trim tools as the plastic panels scratch easily and tabs break easily!
Initial reviews:
The good
- includes plug and play harness for maverick
- low profile
- easy to install
- uses capacitors instead of battery to prevent over heating
The Bad
- quality is mediocre (30FPS @ 1080P)
- need thinkware (no screen) software to configure options with dashcam
- only supports up to 64gig micro sd card
You can get this camera cheaper at best buy but does not include OBD2 wire harness:

if you do a lot of night driving, I would recommend the VIOFO A119.
I had that camera in my Jeep Wrangler for 6 years with no issues. Has a sony sensor which is better at night and does have a smalls screen for setup.
