What this truck really needs is a kit with one roof rack and one ladder rack for the bed that matches the roof rack's height to create a complete rack for something 8' or more, like a 11' paddle board. The regular ladder rack will be to close together for support and likewise with the roof rack.

I plan on having both bed racks and one roof rack to minimize potential damage to the roof paint/weather stripping. The bed racks alone will work just fine for shorter items (like my 9' whitewater kayaks, or skis/snowboards, etc) and the extra rack on the roof will work great for my 14' SUP, canoe, etc.). I use a Yakima Big Stack set in the center of my bars to tie down my kayaks, and I have a Thule SUP Taxi on one side for my boards. I'm not 100% sure what width bars I'm going to get for it though. Right now I have huge, 72"(?) bars that come out to the width of my side mirrors, but they sit higher than my head on my Honda Element. The Maverick is shorter, so I'm not sure if I'll have the clearance for those without braining myself every time I get in or out of the truck.

Some awesome stuff! Defiantly getting the splash guards, tailgate assist, maybe the fender flares by bushwacker, black Maverick tailgate letters and cab spolier! This is brining me back to my mustang days of looking for fun mods!

I'm looking at just about everything you mentioned above, but it appears to me that if you get the Bushwacker fender flares you may not need the splash guards, thoughts?

99.9% sure you can’t use the splash guards with the fender flares…. I couldn’t on my truck.

Tailgate assist....the Maverick for the door jamb and the letter inserts but aftermarket

Tailgate assist 100%.
I like the idea of the Maverick wording for the door jam, just don’t know which yet.
I also like the idea of the letter inserts but again, need to see in person. I’ve got Area51 so I think black would look good.

Front is plain, rear has Ford logo, but the site only lists "Front", no rear set listed:

Leitner Designs offers a setup with racks and tonneau as a package but its pricey and they don't show one yet for Maverick.

Yeah, but if they are shaped differently between front and rear where they meet the body that can't be correct. After some calling, it does appear to be wrong. There will be a part number where the 2 letters at the end will be different (-BB is what I was told for the rear set when it gets listed).

I just scrapped my 2007 Escape because it was too rusty for safety any more. It did not have flares. Our experience with flying stones here in the midwest has been that they usually damage the hood/bonnet or worse, chip your windshield. But road salt is the real eater of vehicles, no matter how often you try to wash it away.

You had a 2007 Escape in the midwest that rusted away to the point of not being safe? Did you park it on a salt pile every night?

Thank you for your photos /I ordered a XL stock everything in white I saw a Real Maverick at my dealer today (thank you Dejan Zoric @ Ford country Henderson /Las vegas for texting me and letting me know one was available for viewing ) Some friends told me get the spray in bed liner ,I thought waste of money I usually just throw a sheet of ply wood in the back and cut out the wheel well slots ...Done Deal ... Also the rear window is a joke ... as for manual side view mirrors I can deal with it ... But back to point it was great seeing what my white stock Maverick will look like ...
