Just looking for ball park idea of costs to install base plates and purchase tow bar and complete set up costs in Canada from any of my Canadian friends on the Mav!

Not in Canada, but those that are will want to know if the required equipment will be Dealer installed or installed by the Maverick owner?

First thing to find out is CAN your Maverick be flat towed. Not all can.
If so you will need a tow bar set-up rated for the weight of the vehicle, a baseplate installed ON the vehicle, an auxiliary braking system in the Maverick and a line from the RV to the Maverick to keep the battery up so you can operate the braking system as well as run the Maverick when you detach. A couple hundred more for miscellaneous wiring and odd-ends.
Etrailer.com is a good place to start pricing up pieces.
Probably around, very roughly $ 3,000 USD plus whatever labor costs you run into.
Don't mix & match on the tow bars and base plates.
