I probably will sound bitter, but I bet it is a "honey pot" just trying to generate leads. This one will mysteriously be sold already but they will be happy to sell you a different one above MSRP. And this one will somehow be reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally hard for them to remove from their active listings. It will just stick around their website forever.

I hope I am wrong!

Long gone.

Also, 612 total new vehicles in inventory? These days, that's not a thing. Their inventory is not kept up to date so don't derive any meaning from that "discount" listed.

I just looked at their website. 9 Mavericks listed but only this one has a price. I wonder what "Status: Extended Inventory" mean?

I bought one there last week, a cancelled order for msrp. No ADM or unwanted dealer installed accessories with 3.9% for 60 months.

They have multiple Ford stores and I was surprised at the number of new vehicles both in the showroom and on the lot at the Jenkintown location.

"Extended inventory" is code for "it's not actually here". If it's a multi-store volume dealer, they may have it at a different location but most likely it's a dealer stock order that hasn't yet come in.

I can't find it at Ford's inventory search site or on cars.com

I think there window dressing their site to compete with Chapman's massive sales and inventory.

When I see that, it usually means it is located at another dealership that is owned by the same network/family. Another sneaky way for Dealer A to say "they" have it, yet it is actually on Dealer B's lot 50 miles away.

One reference (not what I am basing this on, but what popped up in a Google search after I wrote this comment).

And another....

I now see that @CTYankee said it before me. Ha!
