Thanks for showing this I have been getting great mileage on short trips and have been wondering what I'd get on a long trip.Sac 2 da Bay. So. Much. Wind. I can live with the number.
I think it's all about keeping the max speed lower.

I can't help myself on the freeway. 75-80 mph just to go with the flow of traffic. I drive much more like a grandpa when I'm on surface streets. Overall I'm averaging 38-39 mpg.

The wind was so strong and Eco mode is so weak that I couldn’t get above 62 without flooring it!

Think of it this way, and these are only rough calculations and estimates based on current gas prices. Did this in US MPG since I know most of you are south of our border wall.. 
At 65 vs 75 MPH and a 1 hr commute it will cost you approx 10 min in extra time but will save you $5. in gas. 2 trips per day, 49 weeks per year and 10 paid holidays, so that's 235 work days, 470 trips, that's $2350. per year in savings. Pays for a lot of upgrades/customizations...
