First chip in wheel paint

Took off to Atlanta for work, came back to a couple chips on my wheel.
(I should have known better, my dad always hits curbs.)

Recommendation? Touch up paint + touch up clear?

That is not caused by hitting a curb. That looks like a rock chip. I would see if the dealer has that type of paint and touch it up. I prefer chips on my wheels than on the body.

Dealerships do not have touch up paint for wheels. Some dealers may sell something saying it's close but there are no paint codes for rims. I'd go to my local Napa and have them mix some.

Yea my stock black FX4 wheels have a couple small ones. too.

I think Ford calls that wheel color Carbonized Gray. I bet it's pretty close to the body color of the same name. At a minimum if you do a nice job touching up it will surely look better than the white chip. JMO...
