Finished bumper exit exhaust

Finally had time to build the fender exit correctly. Instead of cutting the end and installing a 90, my fabricator built a complete rear section so the angle was correct. Turned out better than expected although I may still change the trim bezel. On to the pictures!

in videos there is a lot of pipe movement back there. how about a tip kit like this. throw in a cutting template for the bumper and I'm in.

Love the integration into the bumper and more importantly love what you are doing for the Maverick community as a whole.

Are the flange/tip one piece? Seems like it would need a little room to wiggle.

I love both of them . I did the dual exhaust with blue tips and took the resignator off. Sounds a little better at idle and driving down the road.

I dislike the lack of symmetry on the stock rear bumper. I'd planned on putting Triathlon and IronMan stickers (OK gonna do it...wife's truck, she's the IronMan) on the left side to balance the plate appearance wise. Running the exhaust out there makes it visually pleasing to my engineer brain=symmetry.

Looks pretty good. Might consider getting one when I get a Maverick.

I've always wondered if there would be heat issues going through the plastic parts. I think it would be neat to see the exhaust run through the 2 plastic textured parts but I worry the heat from the exhaust would mess things up.

decided to google this kind off issue. seems like the 2 biggest factors that cause melting are having the exhaust pipe positioned in a way that doesnt let the exhaust gases clear plastic parts or is directly touching the pipe. Not much of an issue for me with a hybrid but I still almost consider doing it for the look.

Nice but too busy for my tastes. I don't have a hitch so I'm thinking about moving the tag to the center.
