I am surprised.....that I actually think this looks good ( for what it is). If in fact you can "put it away" under the tonneau cover that makes it uber functional! On trips with a lot of cargo/luggage this would sort of pay for itself over time.
Can you show what is involved with taking it down? Do you have to completely remove it to use the tonneau?

it takes less that 5 min to take down and store it under Tonneau it roll's up nice and only take's up a few inches near the rear wall .. or u can remove it completely if needed , very easy as well ..

How is the noise on the highway?
That was one of my number one concerns when I ordered it, first thing I did was jump on the highway after I got it installed. It's kinda crazy but the noise is zero 😃 .
It barely even flaps/ moves anywhere on the inside . I think it's because of the way the Maverick is narrow in the back it sits perfectly inside all of those dimensions so the wind drag goes right around it's butter smooth at 80 mph and probably beyond. 👍

I like it. The flexibility, the look and practicality. What kind of longevity do you expect from it?

I like it, but the only thing that matters is if you like it! It looks functional as hell, way better than a tonneau.

Exactly couldn't have said it better.

I bought my Maverick to be a work truck first and a pleasure truck second .

As far as longevity I'm pretty type A so I will be taking as well of care of it as anyone could , materials are quite nice also.
I keep it parked inside of course...
I've seen the Jeep tops made of similar material lasting quite sometime so it's hard put an actual date on it hopefully three to five years...

Do you have any pictures stowed? Can you use the bed in the stowed configuration? Also can the rear hatch be opened once it is up? Looks like a cool solution!

there is a pic of it opened up from the rear 2nd to the bottom pic,, also I WILL POST more pic's fri 3-31 in the stowed position .. { forgot that angle } there is plenty of room left while stowed + you can remover the topper portion in about 30 sec... if needed ...
