Fancy shoes: Falken Wildpeak AT 265/60R18 + 18" Black Rhino Arches Wheels on Maverick XL FWD

Just picked this one up…still have my Rapid Red Lariat AWD on order but couldn’t resist this one…

Tires are Falken Wildpeak A/T 265/60R18
18" wheels are Black Rhino Arches in Matte Black

Couple more pics of the tires and the dogs…need to get a cap for the bed so they can come with us. They are leonbergers both about 120-130 lb and had plenty of room.

So far no rubbing…granted I only live maybe 3 miles from the dealership and it’s late…tomorrow it’ll get more of an extended drive.

I did notice one thing I hadn’t seen mentioned anywhere. The brake-hold when you come to a stop is automatic. Once you come to a complete stop you can lift your foot off the brake and it stays in place. On our GLE you have to activate that by pushing the brake pedal further down after you stop…doing that in the Mav cancels the brake-hold.

Purchased like that. I went to look at a bone stock XL and saw this one in the showroom and had to have it. Symbolic Kustomz out of Joliet did the appearance package on it.

I’ll let you know…so far the truck only has 100 miles on it (3 of which are mine) 20.2mpg is what is showing on the dash.

Looks great. Seems like you are pushing right up against the limit as far as size goes and I hope they don't end up rubbing. Love the Falkens. Any chance you could get pics from straight head and rear, down low so we can see the width and proportion to the rest of the truck?

the spare is just the regular full size…doesn’t look like there would be enough room for the larger ones.
