Micah Muzio of KBB does his own YouTube series of reviews. He's fun to watch, and he brings his family along. His latest is on the Mav.

I feel like this video was crafted just for me. The Maverick they're reviewing is my exact build down to the lux and 360 packages, rear sliding window, and color. I also have a young child that needs a carseat. Other than the usual youtube review/influencer annoying spiel (how many times to they have to keep asking us to post what we think in the comments?), it's a solid review that brings both pros and cons for me.

I am only 5'4 and we put our granddaughter's car seat tear facing. It does fit but the front seat is tight. 3 car seats don't really fit, but I might have ones that are a little wide.. Thanks for the review it was really helpful.

You have to use premium fuel to get the rated fuel economy numbers?? If so, it negates the hybrid savings. Not sure he is correct.

Nice to see the space the little one will have with the car seat. Had already realized the bummer of the under seat storage not being very accessible with the car seat, going to have to utilize it for emergency supplies for the next few years...

Happy to see this type of review as well since I’m really buying this truck for my family also. Looks like it’s comfortable for kids, car seats fit decently, and the room inside looks good.

I like the fact the seats are more upright too, I have had to use pads and towels in my 4Runner and Mustang because the car seats in them lean back too much into the rear seats in my opinion to be comfortable as evident by my son’s complaining even when adjusted to spec per the car seats owners’ manuals. Hopefully the straight seat back helps to avoid that issue better.

Perhaps they will opt for a 60/40 seat in the future. That would work well for many of us.

Or 50/50 in the hybrid since you'd only lose the battery and one cubby acces under a car seat there. (Throw in hybrid AWD and one could almost opt for the 2023MY.)

If this happens, I would hope the new 60/40 seat could be installed in the current mavericks. Time will tell
