Energy module shut down

I just got my Maverick back from the dealer. They said the Energy Module shut down and they don’t know why. I had it in because the truck shut off and wouldn’t turn back on while I was backing up.

Anyone have any experience with this?

I assume that the dealer got it started? But couldn't find anything to do? Did they charge 12v battery? Wait! Aren't we having a solar mass ejection?
