Drop in liner finishes?

Are the compartments at the rear of the bed still accessible? Screwed down on the liner? Are the adjustable bed rails screwed down of the liner? Does the liner reduce the width so much that you can't fit a 4x8 sheet in? Can you access the tapped holes in the bed to do modifications?

I'm ordering a hybrid XLT Lux on Monday (before the deadline). Would like to know. I'm guessing no one has answers to these questions but thought I'd ask.
