Does Built Mean Built and Finished?

So, I received an email yesterday telling me that my Maverick is built, and it will take about a week to set up delivery to my dealership. So, my question is, does that mean my Maverick is actually built or should I expect a chip delay or another delay to pop up? Right now, it says for me to expect delivery first week of April. Seems too good to be true and I don't want to get my hopes up.

I received my shipped email 2 days after my built email. They gave me a 6 day variance in arrival at my dealer. Good luck.
