very interesting. IMO, the front end is the least attractive part of the Maverick styling- especially the stock grill "wave" design on the XL.

I had also noticed on 4K tow equipped Mavericks they locate the oil cooler below the front bumper and it looks really exposed to hits from road debris and needs better protection. This idea of yours might be just the ticket to fix that

I'm looking forward to the FOG LIGHTS. If the workmanship is anything like this, it'll be excellent.

Take your time and mount and fab it right! Maybe even a short video during the process which you can always edit the bits away you don't like.

We'll be here to check it out! You'd be one of the 1st on Fog Light MOD, so take your time, document it and it'll be a hit video/post!!

Modified my grille this weekend. I cut away the OEM grille bars and replaced them with honeycomb inserts. Here's the honeycomb mesh/sheet that I used to make my inserts ~$35: Car Grill Mesh ABS Plastic Racing Honeycomb Mesh Grill Spoiler Bumper Vent 47" x 16" Inches

I had just enough left over to make a matching insert for the bumper. It was a lot of work but I think it was worth the effort. Fog lights are up next.

I read that only 2% of all Mavericks are Iconic Silver. Congratulations! My Iconic silver will arrive in Jan I hope - please show me how to install fog lights next!
