What the difference in the XLT radio and the Lariat radio? Do they have the same functions? Does the XLT radio have satellite radio.

The only way to get satellite radio is with the Lariat luxury package.

Just remember that you can now play SiriusXM via an app on your cell phone and either play it via Bluetooth or Android Auto/Apple Carplay on the Maverick's stereo regardless of your trim level.

Yes, you need the Lariat lux package to get built in satellite radio.

Satellite radio is still around. I use it and like it. I loved it when I drove more cross-country trips - you never have dead spots or areas that don't have stations you like. It's not such a big deal now that you can play your smart phone through your car speakers.
