I've seen cupholders for up to 40oz, but I carry a 64oz jug with me most of the time and got sick of it rolling around on the floorboards. Couldn't find a cupholder large enough so I made my own.
There are two versions of the holder. One holder has an internal diameter of 125mm, and the other is 137mm to accommodate larger bottles.
I printed in PETG with 60% infill and it is rock solid, you could probably get away with less.
Bonus is that my water bottle greets me with an "EY" Whenever I open the door now.
