Dealership may receive stock order Maverick deliveries before retail orders

Not sure if someone got the same info, but my dealership stated that they may receive Mavs on their lots before the pre-ordered. Hmm..

That's kinda what I was wondering.
If they're saying they'll be getting a Mav before pre-orders, I think that was expected and understood. We've been expecting ones to creep out before too long for showroom floor browsing and test driving.
Now, if they're saying their "allotment of immediately available for sale" Mavs will beat pre-orders?


Well, that WOULD be a script flip that I'm guessing will piss a LOT of people off.

They are getting low optioned 2.0 xl and xlts from what I have read and they will be available for immediate sale.

The earliest arrivals are typically FCTP units (Ford Courtesy Transportation Program) . Dealers are required to log 4K miles or 4 months on them before selling. Basically customer driven demos.

Lol, I even joked about it. Said “ so what happens if my same truck order is on the lot” same specs all away around.
