That sounds like good advice. It's really great your employer provides you with access to a lawyer, and I always agree with giving people the benefit of the doubt until they prove otherwise.I had to cool my head after I got it. Hence why I posted so late. I am lucky in that I have legal insurance and access to free legal advice as part of that. I did put a deposit down.
The advice I was given was to ask if this was in error to give the benefit of the doubt. Humans make mistakes, right? But, if they insist on signature without pricing, then request my deposit back, open a case, and file a complaint with the State AG office.
