I believe they used the Bronco Sport springs which are 1.2" of lift.
H&R told me they haven’t given anyone the Maverick spring prototypes yet so the BS Active Lifts are a safe bet for what was used. H&R has Mav specific ones in development but no definitive ETA for availability.

Wonder what BS OEM springs would do for the maverick 🤔

That grill(in Area 51 color) would look soooo good on my Area 51 Lariat(whenever that comes!). Of course knowing Ford they would probably use orange color...you know to match the orange trim on the interior of the XLT.

I'm still wondering why it doesn't have a Checker Cab logo on the door and a taxi light on the roof.

I saw that Maverick at the Auto Show and that is exactly what I'd want to do to mine, even if I end up getting a hybrid FWD. I'd be willing to sacrifice a few MPGs for a bit more ground clearance and a tailgate and entry a little higher up. The Maverick's tailgate and entry are a touch too low for me, but 1.2" higher would be perfect.

After seeing the XLT Hybrid 17" wheels in-person, I think they look aggressive/dimensional/angular enough to fit A/T tires without looking odd.

I find it strange my wife’s 2014 base Nisan Vera’s with hand crank roll up windows has matching mirror caps. The car cost us $10,800 new! Lol
Automakers tend to add or omit things in a somewhat random fashion on entry-level trims or vehicles. I suspect that if the base trim (or even the entire lineup of a certain model) isn't projected to sell a whole lot, it'll be cheaper for the automaker to just install certain parts across all trims than offer a less-featured part for just the base model.

On the topic of Nissans, there are only a few variations of the main chassis wiring harness for the outgoing Nissan Frontier. Fog lights can be added by just installing the lights, plugging them into the fog light connectors that are already there, and replacing the turn signal stalk. Auto on/off headlights can be added by installing the light sensor and replacing the turn signal stalk. And I believe the 4-speed fan/blower can be changed to the 7-speed by just replacing the HVAC control panel and other surrounding trim panels in the dash.

I really love those wheels and think they match the Mav very well. I know they are considered off-road wheels, but I'm wondering if they would look out of place on a hybrid Maverick?

That's a huge step, I have never heard anyone admit to owning a Nissan Versa! 🤣

I would love to have that grill portion on my area 51 painted to match... And believe it or not I'd really like to have my XLT wheels painted to match area 51! Weird, right? I'd love it.

Agreed. I like that color too. Sort of where im planning to go with mine. The paint match wheels to the catcus orange but contrast to my black onyx paint.
