Probably set a airbag codeSearch results for "seat delete" are all talking about the rear seats, but I'm curious if anyone has deleted the FRONT passenger seat.
Why? I run hotshot, and I want to keep the back seat for sleeping, but I need somewhere to keep my cooler. (Iceco JP50) Doesn't quite fit behind the seat when it's slid all the way forward. I'm thinking of build some storage organization into the remaining space.
Only concern I have is the number of cables going to the seat. It's obviously a manual seat, but it's got the seat heater, that combined with the seat belt detector only account for 3 of the 4 cables I see underneath.
I think a dash warning and not a vehicle disable or chime, though. Tolerable.Probably set a airbag code
I need to find the video and link it, but a famous one is a 1999 4cyl Camry 4-door beating the lap times of a 1963 Corvette with the optional L84 360hp engine. However, the corvette was much easier on the eyes.First of all,
I got 10 forward gears and a Georgia overdrive...
Second of all, the EB is objectively faster than a 1977 Trans Am. Cars in the 70s sucked, even with 400 cubic inch engines. We are super-spoiled by modern horsepower.
Great cover version:First of all,

Because Escapologist was quoting Jerry Reed’s “east bound and down” lyrics on page 1?As I'm reading this thread why does East bound and down, loaded up and trucking, we gonna do what they say can't be done..... Come into my head?
And Sally Fields.Yeah but it looked fast. And had T tops.
You are right, they didn't suck! Chevelles, Buicks (GS), Old Cutlass, Cutlass Supreme, and the 442, Corvette Stingray, and of course Mustangs. Most cars you see daily now, look like a melting bar of soap and all the trucks look like tanks.Well in the 70s they didn't suck because it was all we had. Besides that it was joking not serious.
Hahaha it’s the driver.I need to find the video and link it, but a famous one is a 1999 4cyl Camry 4-door beating the lap times of a 1963 Corvette with the optional L84 360hp engine. However, the corvette was much easier on the eyes.

Yeah those Camry’s,"I'm going to get me a 99 Camry 4 door and watch the girls heads turn" said no one ever.![]()
I drove a Prius for 20 years and can attest to that.Yeah those Camry’s,
Not gonna help you get laid that’s for sure.
One step up from a Prius on the chick magnet scale.
Nahh, I’d just put my seat back back and sleep like that. Easy peasy.I drove a Prius for 20 years and can attest to that.
As for the Maverick, I tried out the back seat for a sleeping arrangement and for me at 5‘-9” it’s use not enough to sleep the night. I did notice as I laid in the back thinking about this, if you remove the passenger seat ned build a bed in that space, you have almost six feet front to back so you could make a cozy bed in that space.

I'd be curious about what some of those "pet protector" back seat things do for rear sleeping. Because some of them have an extended platform that covers the footwell... gives a bit more width. I am a fair bit larger than "fun size" but can sometimes get comfy sleeping with my legs out in an L or, "seated in a chair but on my side" type positions if there's width to support legs. Also I would experiment with getting the front pass well forward, tilting it forward to the max, jamming pillows up that corner and going corner to corner, propped up a little that end.I drove a Prius for 20 years and can attest to that.

You can fit a few USPS Ground Advantage packages or a half yard of mulch.Same idea here. I ran hotshot with an F-450 and a Featherlite enclosed trailer. Not sure what a Maverick could be used for. Auto glass deliveries?
