I picked this one up, it works well so far and it comes with 3M adhesive the able is just the right length to plug it in the fold down and attach right under the USB ports.
it comes with an adaPeter sodium can use the USB A or USB C port

I just picked one up myself - pretty happy with the performance so far and I like that its just usb plug in. Only hiccup is the ~1s delay in audio play/pause, but wire-free makes up for it.

Using the amazon coupon ($18 off) and Irvin's Coupon Code ( 202IN1AACP for $15 off ) I was able to snag it for $43+tax.

So many to choose from just threw a dart and picked one.
After several weeks this seems to work very well, although I did develop a hard black display media system lockup after auto power off during an extended wait for someone. Could not clear issue. Drove 30 minutes to home with problem. Cycled truck power several times. Let the Little Blue Cow sit for a couple hours and problem gone. So far so good. Yes I had a recent software related recall implemented.
