Columbia SC Area dealers for 2023 Maverick Orders

So sent the following to area Ford new car manager's

Am retired military. Will be ordering in September when banks open.
Planning on ordering a 2023 Maverick Lariat Hybrid Hot Pepper Red
Tow hitch w/4-pin + Ford Co-Pilot360 (constraint item)

Need to have the following confirmed regarding purchase.

P1. MSRP or less.
P2. NO ADM
P3. No dealer installed options. No violation of SC dealers act. Specifically any paint protection,
I will be having vehicle professionally clayed and ceramic coated.
P4. Buyer selected financing. Will be NFCU/Ford whichever is best at order/delivery.
P5. Applicable incentives (Military/FarmBureau/Ford) as allowed in Vincent applied to vehicle price, not retained by the dealer.
P6. Purchase order signed by Sales manager with total delivered (OTD) price.
P7. Copy of the COVP/ROVP, ensuring order complete.
P8. Include My email address in WBDO so I get scheduling/production updates from Ford.

Q1. What is the Doc fee ?
Q2. Are there any issues with P1 Thru P9 ?

Prefer to do business locally, but as I am retired I have no issues ordering from elsewhere.
Chapman (3% below invoice) and driving from Philadelphia.
Long Macauther Kansas, 1K shipping credit w financing.

Ended up buying from Hudson, BUT, do not expect any follow up after you order. I had to make every single contact, and the sales manager blocked me on Twitter after several non responses. I will buy my next Maverick from Tim Bartz at Long Macuther Ford in Salina Kansas. He will ship it to you.

I bought from Jim Hudson. Doc fees are their administrative charges to do paperwork, I paid $499 which is pretty standard for any new car I’ve bought and I’ve bought over 30. Jim Hudson adds about $2,800 of BS items if you try and buy one off the lot but so no and they back offon orders.
