Hey Everyone,

@24atlasmaverick has added Lariat headlights to their 2024 XLT Maverick! We were able to figure out the coding changes needed to make them work just like a Lariat! This should work for any XL or XLT owner trying to add BAP or Non BAP Lariat headlights to their Maverick.
(Some wiring modifications to the BCM must be done in addition to these coding changes)

BCM AS BUILT
726-11-04
xx2x-xxxx-xxxx

726-12-02
x2xx-xx2x-xxxx

726-15-02
x1xx-xxxx-xxxx

You may need to perform a LIN reinitialization after writing these coding changes!

What's interesting is that when you go to Ford's online configurator, it depicts the XL and XLT trims with LED running lights. That's how it was supposed to be but for reasons beyond my comprehension (possibly for cost) they don't. Unless they standardize it for the '25 refresh, the Lariat is still the only trim that gets you those. But for anyone who's interested in having them coded for their lesser trims, this post will be a treat.

I wonder if Led running lights just are referring to the low beam headlights that are used as a DRL for the XL and XLT headlights. Either way, Thank you for your comment. Im hoping some of the 2025 updates will be swappable to the 2024s

I've seen the image of the finished product(coding) and can say that it looks great. Impressive that it was able to be figured out. 24AtlasMaverick has to post a photo of the lights working as intended, it's great with the BAP lamps on the Atlas Blue.
