Problem is, every GM product I have had was an engineering and assembly mess.

I've spent a lot of time on the Avalanche forum and they say the same things about Ford. Funny how that works.

Doesn’t appear to be an EV and is priced way over Maverick’s price. More likely competition for Ranger.

I'm also curious why GM would name their compact truck after one of the largest states in the country by land area? Shouldn't they name it the Rhode Island?

I always wished Chevy would've just rebadged some of the Holden Utes into a new El Camino. Now that Holden is gone, don't think that will ever happen. I actually saw one about 8 years in Florida and had to take a picture of it.

You're right, the Holden Ute does look like a small El Camino. I think that's what the new Montana is going for. I'm sorry, but this two door Montana is one sad looking truck. Looks like a Smart Car with a tail.
