No changes. Walked in on July 14th, confirmed July 16th. Even emailed them about the December price change. Email with "the price we gave you is the price it is, unless you want to put in a new order". It is just strange that they charged me the new price, but the old finance rate. So far I am very happy with it. Glad I decided to keep it.Had you made changes after your initial order? I'm trying to establish some reason or rule that some folks get the original invoice and others (like you) don't. In my case, I did make a change. The original order email from Chapman established an MSRP, Invoice, discount, and Final price -- kind of like a contract offer. The subsequent email, after the requested change, did not provide all of the pricing details (just a enclosed DORA) -- insufficient to argue a contract offer.
Or is it the luck of who you draw as finance agent?
Like you say, it's kind of nit picking. I'd rather have the truck. The long term lack of the truck diminishes any value of the discount. I'm glad you have yours.
Cheers!
