I just got told by Ashlie that they cannot submit the information for my private offer until the truck arrives. This feels silly. Why not address this prior so the purchase process can go quicker.
FWIW, I was told exactly the same thing. She assured me that they would do everything they could when it got to that point in time.

There's no need to get worked up over it, getting it done now won't make the truck get there any quicker. There's still plenty of time to get it addressed prior to your arrival at the dealership. Even if you got there as it rolled off the truck, they still have to prep it for delivery, which would be at least a half-hour window.

I am also on the 'wait and see' boat for the Private Offer Certificate. My Dad's is showing, but mine can not be located to-date. I'll keep you posted on status of receiving it as my truck is currently ETA week of 2/20 for delivery

I primarily communicate via email. I finally just called. I got the additional information I needed. My concern is not speeding up delivery. My concern is completing the transaction with the private offer. I am not looking to pay money than I initially agreed to upon ordering.

Understood, my (unscheduled) order there is in the same boat as well. No private offer certificate to be found...

Thanks, that's good info. I reached out to Customer Support several times and was always told there was nothing in the system for me. So it'll have to go the route of getting an exception.

I suspect their reluctance to chase it down now might be that they don't want to use up any silver bullets with their Ford rep, since (at least on the hybrid side) some/many of our trucks ultimately won't get built anyway. So it would make sense to save those for the folks whose trucks actually arrive for purchase. ***Please note, this is pure speculation/wild guess on my part; I still think Horsham will be able to get it squared away for those whose trucks eventually get built & delivered.***

Yeah, if mine ever gets built and I decide to take delivery of it, I'll definitely need all my ducks in a row beforehand since I'll be flying up from Orlando. Don't want to get up there and they come up with some BS and I have to fly back emptyhanded or take it.

As before, they have 29 remaining rollover orders, and all are hybrids. It'll be interesting to see if Ford schedules in the coming week, or waits until the week of 2/13.

Just an FYI...I ordered a 2022 Jeep Wrangler from their Jeep dealer (same parking lot and staff) and they needed a number of days to get through the backlog of ordered vehicles arriving.

My suggestion is to be patient and give them the time they need to deliver your Mav. Mine has been been shipped, so I'm confident I'll have it within a month.

Yes, many many scheduling e-mails. All my new information was from Chapman...Ford has sent me zero e-mails for the `23.
