Ceramic Coated Cactus Gray FX4 Looking Sharp!

Got my truck detailed and a 5-year ceramic coating installed yesterday. Very pleased with the results! Big shout out to my friend Andrew from AAG Auto Detailing who did a terrific job. He's a great resource, and you can find him on FB if you have any questions about detailing, cermaics, truck care, etc.

For those who want to know, the coating I had applied is IGL Coatings' Kenzo.

Thanks! Regarding the decals, I really think those ought to be the standard option on Cactus Gray!

I agree. I think they should have allowed BAP on the FX4 and used those decals as well. I ordered Atlas blue so I'm not sure how they'd look on that or else I'd be foaming at the mouth trying to find them.

Looks great! I’m always curious to see before and after photos of ceramic coating jobs. I can’t tell for sure but the middle photo in your OP looks like it was taken prior to the coating work?

Also, I have an FX4 on order. If you think about it and have the time, please post later about your undercarriage coating work. This will be my first off-road vehicle and I’d like to educate myself on this sort of stuff.

Looks sweet! I had a ceramic coating installed on my Maverick back in August from a local detailer of mine and don't regret it in the slightest. All I have to do is wash it and maintain it with spray detailer. No more hand-waxing, for this vehicle at least!

Yes. If you want to change any badging do it before you get your coating.
