I’ve ordered the XLT with installed rails……but think having more than one sliding cleat per side would give a lot more versatility. Does anyone know if additional cleats can be added?

Ford has a video on the Flexibed that shows you how to make your own version - for the DYI owner. If it's a Ford part there eventually would be a replacement piece - just a matter of when and what the part number and cost would be.
