Car Seat Fit (Chicco KeyFit 30 & Graco 4-Ever)

I’m 6’1.

Front seats are in “comfortable for 6’1” position lol.

Hope this helps some of you looking at car seats for the Maverick or you have your priorities straight and are looking at the Maverick for the car seats

Snug fit on both but both fit with LATCH just fine. The 4Ever seat is in its most upright position for rear-facing.

These are, in my opinion, the two best car seats you can get right now

Side note, my father has a 2021 4-door Tacoma and the Maverick has WAY more back space for adult seating

How are you removing the Chicco from the base with your seat in that position??

IMO the Chicco KeyFit30 fits terribly in the Maverick. This Chicco was bought new in 2022.
The rearmost part of the front seats is at the same height as the forward most part of the chicco. This presents a problem as you need to get your hand in there to actuate the release lever forward to remove the car seat from the base.

I am 6' and my knees are in the dashboard if my daughter is strapped and locked in behind me.

I have the seat now behind the passenger and it's uncomfortable for my wife to ride there. She's 5'11".
