Can you see your 2023 order online at ford.com

I created an account using the email address where I received my order confirmation email. It doesn't show any orders. Has anyone got this to work?

Not until you get a VIN. So, for MY23, the answer is no for now.

Nothing will show up until you get a VIN to tie to your Ford.com account.

Call or chat with Ford customer support if you want to confirm that your dealer at least submitted your order. You will need your order preview sales code and order number to give to the customer support rep to confirm. But even then that does not confirm your dealer filed the ROVP/COVP that is required for all MY2023 orders by October 5th 10PM EST.

OK, thanks for the update. I already had a Ford account from when I had my F-150 and it has a menu entry for My Reservations, Orders and Purchases I would consider the order a reservation but I guess Ford doesn't.

The vehicle doesn’t actually exist until it has a VIN.
