A lot of nice looking trucks here. I had a person ask about the Maverick for the first time on Friday while out shopping. Just ordered a bed cover and still looking for more trinkets.

IMO You will drive yourself crazy looking at photos of Cactus Grey because everybody's camera captures the color differently and everybody's eyes view it differently. I have seen the color twice in person, once on a Bronco Sport and once on a 4dr full size Bronco. The Bronco Sport was indoors and I don't think the color on this photo of mine is accurate. It was not that minty. The full size Bronco was outdoors and I think this pic is more accurate. I really like the color and actually think Cactus Grey will look best on the Maverick. My advice would be to see it in person if you can.

Funny enough in the sun to me it looked ALMOST beige, but at times it looks like cement grey
I ordered the cactus grey When I had my ranger in for service. I only saw the color swatch on line as I was leaving I saw a bronco outside. Sure enough cactus grey The color looks different in person and depending on how the sun hits it One guy said it looked like bird poop. Oh joy nice selling point lol I said don’t worry it will be just fine on the maverick especially after I have the striper do a few things I didn’t realize it was a popular color in other states

I like the "Minty" tones as some are calling it. If mine ever comes I think I will see if I can find some dark forest green stripes and Maverick lettering to help play up the green tone.

I ordered my cactus grey CLT in September and picked it up January 7th. The color definitely is different in different light. Low sun makes it a dull green, but direct sun is more light grey. The color always gets compliments from people who look at the truck.

With Cactus Gray being very similar to Fighter Gray, I took some inspiration from the new Mach One Mustang for graphics on my Mav. Extra context: Mustangs have been a huge part of my family. From hearing stories about my dads ‘65 Ivy Green to helping mod his ‘94 GT, ‘96 Mystic Cobra and ‘03 10th Ann. Cobra; some of my favorite memories involve Mustangs. I even had an SVT Contour for awhile that we made an homage to the Bullitt. Even though he and I are both truck people at this point in time, it was fun to take some vibe from the new Mach One.

Here she is... totally stock and not a single mod on her. I drove her to work for a couple of days. I still haven't been able to buy it yet due to the gas tank recall. They are allowing me to drive it until the parts come in. I purchased the Nissan Frontier which I love. I decided to go ahead and buy this one too. WTH! :)
That is crazy they are willing to let your drive it! The dealer must not be concerned by the mini drill nicks. The liability there if something goes wrong! Wow. Sure does look nice though! Congrats! 🎉🎊

Odd that you say that. I talked with the service manager and he says they see no holes in the gas tank whatsoever. However, it's the bolts they are waiting on. Apparently FORD is insisting the use new bolts.

I live northeast of Nashville and I have hauled some bulky and some heavy loads on and off road in my XLT with FX4. I bought this truck to haul wood for my woodturning plus have a comfortable daily driver. After one week it has proven to be great at both jobs.

Today I installed the MRT hood struts and the tailgate letters. The entire job took less than 30 minutes.

The letters look awesome, how do you like the hood struts ? Did the struts seem to stiffen the thin hood up any ?

I had the same reaction as Rob. More understandable now. They must have used some conventional bolts as a temporary fix. The standard bolts are not reusable.
